Our core service digitally pattern  cutting Production Ready Patterns. We create patterns from a tech pack, sketch or provided garments.​

 

 

TOILES

​

​Once you are patterns created, we will create a mock-up garment from a cheaper fabric with a similar weight and drape to your chosen fabric. This gives you the opportunity to make amendments to the structure of the garment before going into sampling.

SAMPLING

​

Once you're happy with any amendments made to your pattern and toile you will then move onto the sampling stage. This is the final stage of development, ensuring your design works with your chosen fabric and trims. All the samples made with us are made in England.​​

GRADING PATTERNS 

​

Once the pattern is signed off we can create the remaining sizes for your range, this is called grading.

TECH PACK

 

Tech packs communicate a design to the manufacturer and it's important as it ensures production standards are maintained.​

SMALL PRODUCTION RUNS

 

We offer small production runs with our experienced sample machinist, made in the UK.
